This website is owned and operated by Corjam Pty Ltd trading as Tackle World Bundaberg ABN 91 616 641 840 (“Tackle World Bundaberg”). The website is made available to you on the condition that you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”).

References to “us”, “we”, “our” mean Tackle World Bundaberg and include its related bodies corporate and associates as those terms are defined in the Corporations Act 2001.

References to “you” mean you, the user of the website.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the goods listed. An order is accepted once we send an order confirmation to your nominated email address.

7.2 Payment

Full payment must be made when placing an order. You warrant that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. If payment cannot be verified or processed, your order may be cancelled.

7.3 Availability

We do our best to ensure that ordered products are available. If an item becomes unavailable, we will refund you for that item.

7.4 Title and Risk

Title passes to you once full payment is received. Risk passes upon delivery.

7.5 Consumer Guarantees

All goods come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to repair, replacement or refund in cases outlined by law.

You must provide proof of purchase for returns or warranty claims.

7.8 Restricted Goods

By ordering restricted items (e.g., knives, spearguns etc.), you confirm that you are:
(a) 18 years or older; and
(b) not purchasing on behalf of someone ineligible.

We may cancel orders where these conditions are not met.

8. Disclaimer

While we make every effort to ensure all product details, pricing, images and descriptions on this website are accurate, errors and omissions may occasionally occur. Product colours may appear differently across devices and may vary from items viewed in-store.

Some items, sizes, models or colours may be unavailable or temporarily out of stock, even if shown online. Certain products may require self-assembly or professional installation at your own cost.

Tackle World Bundaberg reserves the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time without prior notice.

9. Delivery

Delivery timeframes depend on product availability and the delivery location. We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible; however, delays may occur during peak periods or due to factors outside our control.

Unless otherwise stated, freight charges apply in addition to the product price. Different delivery methods may be used depending on the size, weight and type of items purchased.

Risk in the goods passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided.

10. Split Orders

As we carry a large and varied product range, some items in your order may ship separately depending on stock availability, supplier dispatch times or the size and weight of the products. When this happens, your order may arrive in multiple parcels.

If an order is split into separate shipments, you will not be charged any additional freight costs beyond what was quoted at checkout.

You will receive tracking information for each parcel where available.

11. Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices may differ between in-store and online. Prices may change at any time before payment is completed.

If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.

13. Cancellation of Orders

We may cancel an order (in full or part) if:

• you breach these Terms

• we suspect fraud

• items are unavailable

• there is a pricing or product description error

• your order contains errors

Refunds will be issued for cancelled items.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tackle World Bundaberg excludes liability connected with:

• use of this website

• goods or services supplied under these Terms

• failure to comply with obligations under these Terms

This does not exclude your non-excludable consumer rights.
